Octave is a mental health startup based in NY, offering (evidence-based) therapy and classes. They cater mostly to urban professionals dealing with topics like sleep, stress, mindfulness, achieving goals, relationship/couples therapy, and emotional resiliency.
While contracting I worked on pieces of the customer experience, designed marketing materials, and created informational visuals to be used in therapy sessions.
My customer experience projects involved templated pages and presentations that can be utilized by Octave and its clinicians. The web portal pages serve as useful content pages, filled with articles, resources, exercises, and other content clinicians can point their clients to interact with, relevant to the specific client’s needs. The presentation templates were designed to achieve professional brand consistency and ease-of-use in mind, so clinicians can fill in content for their courses and bootcamp sessions. Finally—and one of my favorite projects—I designed an informational visual that serves as a tool for therapists to use early on in their sessions with clients to frame the journey of their therapy. Clients can get an idea of the full landscape of topics, be more mindful, and hone in on areas that resonate with them.
